Dr. V earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from Stony Brook University and completed both his Master of Public Health and Master of Healthcare Administration degrees at Hofstra University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
